A Great Recipe for Vegan Pancakes

Hope this helps during the fast...

1)
1 1/2 cups sifted flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
Sift these four ingredients together.

2)
Beat together: 1 very ripe banana
3/4 cups soymilk
3 tbsp. canola oil

3)
gently mix (1) and (2) together. Fry in margarine or oil.
Walnuts may be added for added flavor and crunch.

Thank you for this recipe. :) I am a vegan and Christian, but I am havindg a hard time eathing this foods when with my Friends. They often ridicule me when I tell them about Jesus not eating any Fishes! Am I wrong? Please inform me.
